In recent advancements, the Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Police to use Sniffer dogs to scan the entire campus of the university, supported by the no objection affidavits in this regard. In between, how long can a person like Najeeb stay underground or has something extreme happened to him? This is probably a question which is haunting all of us.

With grim possibilities of the above things being true, either the police is not committed to trace Najeeb or it is not able to do so, the latter being the least possible. The students of JNU have been constantly protesting against the Delhi police and the Delhi government be it at Jantar Mantar or University campus.

The Administrative Block has been an avid witness to the protests, but to ensure proper routine functioning, the administration laid flower pots on the staircase leading to the Administrative Block. Students turned the stone by rearranging the pots, spelling Najeeb.
