torrents banned in India

Well, we aren’t definitely making this one up. The government of India has actually decided to punish torrents’ (the best site to download our favorite films) users.

And that is not all. Read on to know more:

The government of India wants to punish people who even visit a blocked URL and it has a notorious way of controlling the Internet in the country. After once banning 857 porn websites, the government of India now wants to send people to jail if they even view torrent websites or a blocked URL!

But banning these sites is actually not a solution!

On one hand this seems to be a very legitimate decision and on the other side, it is completely foolish to punish normal bacche like us who just visit the site to catch up their favourite shows and movies (AND not with an intension to leak any upcoming flick).

Yes we agree that no matter how much we support the cause of various filmmakers against piracy and torrent sites, we would still be watching the next very show or their movie through the same site if it is made available but come on we have got our lesson government!

Violence against women is not decreasing, murders and robberies are taking place in broad daylight and many children are being kidnapped, ignoring all these issues, our Government is giving more priority to such sites?

Eventually, we have to agree with the fact that this illegal distribution of someone’s hard work and dedication needed to stop but couldn’t there be a more legitimate way?

It’s like a “One – o- one” game between property and the government.

Let’s see who wins! Till then, stay connected with us and let people in your gang know
